Dealogic designs, develops and markets a suite of technologically advanced software, communications and analytical products designed to meet the demanding requirements of the investment banking industry. The solution set is widely used across a range of activities from origination, marketing, bookbuilding, pricing, regulatory compliance and strategic benchmarking.

Dealogic has a range of over 40 products which are sold to more than 1,000 clients in 45 countries and has longstanding relationships with most major investment banks globally.

Dealogic operates principally in the UK and USA but the customer base includes multi-national organisations which may choose to deploy the group's products in locations other than, or in addition to, the geographic origin or destination of sale. In addition to the main offices in the US and UK, Dealogic also has regional offices in Hong Kong, Japan and Australia.
